Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CourtMind ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CourtMind ("Company", "we", "us").
2. Description of Service
CourtMind provides AI-powered analysis of tennis technique through video upload. The Service extracts still frames from uploaded videos, transmits them to an AI model for biomechanical analysis, and returns a written report. CourtMind is an analytical tool only — it does not replace professional coaching, medical advice, or physical therapy. Analysis results are generated by AI and may contain errors.
3. Video Upload and AI Processing — Express Consent
By uploading a video, you expressly consent to and acknowledge the following:- You authorise CourtMind to extract still frames from your uploaded video for the purpose of AI analysis.
- Extracted frames are transmitted securely to Anthropic's Claude AI model for processing. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
- You confirm you have the legal right to upload the video — either you appear in it, you filmed it, or you have explicit permission from all persons who appear in it.
- You confirm no person under the age of 13 appears in the video without parental consent.
- CourtMind does not permanently store your video file. Extracted frames are discarded after analysis is complete.
- You grant CourtMind a limited licence to process the video solely for the purpose of generating your analysis report.
4. User Accounts and Invite Codes
Access to the free trial requires a valid invite code issued by CourtMind. Invite codes are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold or shared. CourtMind reserves the right to revoke invite codes and suspend accounts that misuse this system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not: upload videos containing nudity, violence, or illegal content; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI prompts; use the Service for automated bulk processing; resell or sublicense access to the Service; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
The analysis reports generated by CourtMind are provided to you for personal use. You may share your own reports. You may not claim the analysis methodology, prompts, or report format as your own intellectual property. All CourtMind branding, design, and software remains our exclusive property.
7. Payments and Refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. If analysis fails due to a technical error on our part, we will restore the analysis credit to your account.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. CourtMind makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for injuries arising from following AI-generated drill recommendations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtMind's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
